Met my dad in Kinver for a walk and lunch. This lunch was a great reward after a big walk around the Edge. Super friendly team, dog friendly, lovely sunny covered garden terrace out the back and delicious freshly cooked food (we both had grilled cheese sandwiches, mine was garlic mushrooms and swiss cheese, my dad had steak, mushrooms and cheese). Would certainly recommend. Sadly we were too full for cake but had room for pistachio and hazelnut chocolate icecream

Really, really enjoyed our lunch here. Everything was spot on - except I did hit my head on the low doorway! Food was very good, service was friendly and personable. Definitely recommend.

We’ve loved both of our visits here and will definitely be returning. There’s a lot of choice on the menu and the prices are great because you get a big portion for your money. The food is proper home-cooked and they don’t scrimp on the details, like a big salad with a nice dressing alongside the toasties/paninis. The mug of tea is huge and the service is excellent. The building is lovely and comfortable without being pretentious. That’s without mentioning the delicious and beautiful cakes that are only around 4 for a huge slice!

Stopped off here 100 miles into a point to point bike ride. Ordered the Ploughman's with an Americano and a Milkshake. Service was quick and staff very friendly. Milkshake was outstanding and the Americano came in a big mug and was nice and hot. However the true marvel was the ploughman's, as I was sat outside I must have heard 6 different people commenting how good it looked and rightly so. If you're passing through or in Kinver for the day I would fully recommend stopping here.

Can't believe I've been past this place all the time and never gone in. Went on Friday lunchtime. Staff are friendly. Food was great and decent portions for what you pay. Nice surroundings. Definitely a must visit for lunch when in Kinver. Absolutely loved the Philly Cheesesteak fries.

I’ve visited here lots of times over the past few years, for tea and cake, sometimes for breakfast or lunch, and enjoyed it every time. The food is consistently good, I always get a warm welcome and the coffee is always served HOT! (not like the disappointing lukewarm coffee in some other places). I’d recommended booking for weekend lunchtimes as it gets busy with walkers coming down from Kinver Edge. Dog friendly, local cats named and shamed on the door, huge cakes, wholesome food, reasonable prices, what’s not to like? I’ve recommended this cafe to lots of friends. Thanks to the hardworking team, it’s appreciated.
